Backed by Kowallis and Richards - privately-owned and trusted for 75 years - we opened in June 2025 to bring back lumber and construction materials to Cascade. More than a store, we are a community partner dedicated to serving professional builders and supporting the town’s growth. By reclaiming the original Cascade Building Supply name and location, we’ve rooted ourselves in local heritage while carrying forward the values of hard work, respect, and neighborly trust that define this mountain community.
